You agree that you bear all risks associated with the use of the content. You agree that IHABFS will not be liable in any way for any content of for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of using the content posted or E-mailed through the IHABFS service. You understand that IHABFS does not review or pre-screen content. You understand that IHABFS can delete any content at IHABFS's discretion.

4. THIRD PARTY CONTENT AND SERVICES

The IHABFS site and content may contain links to third party content or services which is completely independent of IHABFS. Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through IHABFS, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. You agree that IHABFS shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any dealings with third party content or service providers.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

You agree that the use of the IHABFS site and service is at your own risk.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

You agree that under no circumstances is IHABFS liable for any loss, whether of money, reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of IHABFS, even if you advise us or we could reasonably foresee the possibility of any such damage occurring.
